Suffolk County Council’s Home First Reablement Service Partners with Totalmobile to Enhance Service Delivery
BELFAST, Northern Ireland – 14th September 2023 – Totalmobile are delighted to be partnered with Suffolk County Council’s Home First Reablement service to help improve the delivery of its Reablement & Assessment Support by implementing our care solution, CareLink alongside our scheduling software, Optimise to its 425 staff.
Our solutions will digitise the process within Home First to improve the experience for both service users and Reablement Support Workers alike whilst also dynamically scheduling daily visits to optimise the Reablement Support Workers’ time with service users.
