Job Title : Graduate Software Support Trainee
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Totalmobile is a successful, rapidly growing software company providing innovate technology led solutions to organisations with large mobile workforces. Our success is driven both by our technology and by our reputation for delivering a very high level of technical support.
We are currently looking for a recent university graduate to join the Bury St Edmunds based support team. This is a challenging role, you will need, over time, to become an expert in both our software and in how our customers operate.
You will be expected to take on everything that our customers throw at us, sometimes this is technical, sometimes conceptual. You will have a strong academic background and excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. The role is customer facing and you will be directly responsible for how our customers perceive us as a business.
The company is currently operating with all staff working from home. There is an option to work at the office if you do not have a suitable working environment at home but it is likely that many staff will continue home based work much of the time so you should only apply if you are happy working in an office with potentially small numbers of people some of the time.
- Relevant Degree at 2:1 or above
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skill
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Previous experience of software sector
Due to Covid-19 applicants must have a suitable home working environment and be comfortable remote working and using Microsoft Teams for collaboration. Will need to be able to travel to Bury St Edmunds on a daily basis as and when this becomes a requirement.
