We deliver mobile working solutions as well as operational and finance systems for a wide range of markets including health, local government, facilities management, transport and utilities.

As a Business Development Representative within Totalmobile you will be responsible for working with the Marketing Team to promote Totalmobile’s range of product offerings by liaising with Customers, Prospects and Sales Teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly motivated, both resilient and adaptable and passionate about learning. With an ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand across a range of sectors.

Responsibilities of Role :

 

  • Develop marketing leads by telephone and email to promote the Company’s Products/ Solutions.
  • Explain the product and associated benefits to potential customers.
  • Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer.
  • Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet the needs of specific individuals.
  • Develop an understanding of the exact needs of the prospect and how Totalmobile can assist.
  • Establish if customer has Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline for potential purchase.
  • Liaise with field sales representative.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers as appropriate.
  • Handle customer questions.
  • Obtain customer information including names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses from various sources.
  • Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offering.
  • To make a specified number of outbound calls each day.
  • To achieve call and conversion targets.
  • To complete daily and weekly reports on targets achieved and opportunities for improvements.
  • To keep activity logs up to date.
  • To escalate any issues or complaints arising from calls.
  • Answer inbound requests from potential customers who are seeking further information.
  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
Essential Experience and Skills

 

  • At least one year’s Sales Development Experience.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Familiarity with effective Sales Methodologies.
  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
  • Ability to develop knowledge of products and solutions.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Salesforce.

Currently, Totalmobile is looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager to join their rapidly growing organisation.

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for bringing Totalmobile’s range of leading products to market. By identifying key personas, developing clear messaging, creating a range of sales and marketing materials and managing product focused campaigns, this role is key to the continued growth of Totalmobile.

The role, which reports to the Marketing Director, is expected to work closely with a range of senior individuals across the organisation, to help bridge gaps and ensure our best in class product suite is effectively promoted.

Responsibilities of Role :

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our range of products, the potential customer base and user personas
  • Build clear messaging for each of our products that will help differentiate and drive demand within our core markets
  • Create a diverse range of sales tools and marketing materials to aid the selling process (product overviews, presentations, demos, webinars etc)
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns that use a range of tactics to clearly communicate our product’s value to the market
  • Inform the market of upcoming product offerings as well as manage product launches
  • Aid in the training of the sales team, and other key individuals to ensure that all relevant staff are best positioned to attract new customers
  • Analyse and gain insights into product usage and customer trends to identify potential opportunity
  • Research competitor offerings
Essential Experience and Skills

  • A Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
  • 3 years experience in a Marketing, Product Marketing or Brand Manager role
  • Experience working for a B2B software company is an advantage
  • Proven history in creating and executing effective marketing programmes with the objective of developing the understanding and engaging the market
  • A great team player who has the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams including marketing, sales and product
  • The ability to work on own initiative and drive forward projects to meet deadlines
  • An excellent communicator who is highly skilled in both verbal and written communication
  • An experienced researcher who is able to obtain, absorb and analyse information to aid them in effectively undertaking their role

Desirable Skills

  • A Masters degree or similar level qualification
  • CIM involvement in the form of membership or a qualification
  • Strong technical knowledge that can be clearly evidenced from previous roles

Personal

Application Support Analyst

Main Purpose of Job

Totalmobile Ltd develop mobile working solutions for a wide range of markets in the Local Government, Healthcare, Industry and Private Sectors. Our product is designed to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and increase productivity. It is multi-platform and native on all major devices and platforms including iOS, Windows and Android.

The Customer Support team provides remote support to our Customer base in their daily usage of the Totalmobile suite of products. The Application Support Analyst will work within our Support Team and provide first, second and third line support as required. The successful candidate will work to a rota which alternates on a weekly basis; 8am – 4:30pm and 9:30am – 6pm but subject to ongoing business needs.

You must be flexible towards working outside of normal office hours, at weekends and during public holidays on an on-call or full working capacity basis as this is likely to be required.

The role would suit an analytical thinking, motivated individual with a positive attitude, who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, client focused and pride themselves on attention to detail.

Main tasks of Job :

  • Applying excellent telephone, interpersonal and communication skills as appropriate to discuss the issue with the Customer (via telephone or email) to ensure that the problem or query is clearly defined, understood and recorded.
  • Quickly and accurately logging all Customer queries and requests on our Incident Management system (Cherwell Service Management). This will include queries logged with us by telephone, email or online using our self-service system and carry out all relevant administration activities associated with the role.
  • Applying a high level of Technical and Application knowledge to diagnose and resolve customer problems/queries. Remote access is available to the Customer’s servers and infrastructure and tools like SQL Management Studio, Profiler and other appropriate tools will be used to interrogate the system, diagnose and resolve the problem.
  • Analysis of relevant application data, table relationships and data integrity to ensure prompt responses to customer queries.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of Windows Services and website performance using IIS.
  • Maintenance of the customer database regarding all relevant customer system information ensuring all is captured and maintained accurately.
  • Maintenance of accurate and thorough incident-handling records for knowledge base purposes.
  • Liaison and communication with other Totalmobile teams e.g. Sales, Development, Services etc as appropriate in order to continuously improve our development and delivery products and processes.
  • Completion of all relevant records and statistics required for customer reports and internal management reports.
  • Provision of onsite assistance when deemed appropriate by Support Manager.
  • Listen to Customers concerns and escalate where appropriate.
  • Working effectively using own initiative and by drawing on the resources of the team to handle multiple, often conflicting, priorities to ensure that high levels of customer satisfaction are delivered at all times.

Employee Specification

Essential

  • Educated to A Level or equivalent
  • Previous experience of Microsoft SQL Database query and management tools
  • Previous experience of Customer Service / Application Support in an application support environment (Min 1 year)
  • Previous application support experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms. Includes both oral and written communication skills
