Our customer success team have established informative events which are facilitated by Totalmobile but owned and run by customers. User Groups are chaired by a customer and the meetings often include updates on Totalmobile’s service delivery, product roadmap, new features and best of all, customer presentations where we ask them to share a part of their story with the group – it could be a big story or some small piece of configuration they rolled out or a challenge they overcame which reaped huge rewards for them!
These are great networking opportunities for customers to meet their counterparts in other organisations and for them to share challenges, stories and successes. Not only do we learn from each other but they are a great way for us to engage with our customers and to really understand their businesses.
