Rugby Borough Council are transforming their Property Repairs Service with Totalmobile

BELFAST, Northern Ireland – 6th November 2023Totalmobile, the UK leader in Field Service Management software solutions, has today announced a new partnership with Rugby Borough Council to streamline its property repairs processes for 3,800 council houses and corporate properties.

Rugby Borough Council needed a solution that would enable them to dynamically schedule the visits for the repairs teams while also having the visibility to react to any in day changes. Procuring from the G-Cloud Framework the council will implement Totalmobile’s Connect and Mobilise solutions.

Connect is a complete, cloud-based and intuitive job management solution that will provide the council with the visibility and ability to control complex tasks, enabling the streamlined delivery of work.

The solutions offer a range of capabilities that will now enable jobs to be automatically assigned to staff who have the correct skills, materials and resources to hand. The mobile capability also provides each worker with relevant job information, while operational dashboards will enable management to monitor ongoing work and ensure that residents are receiving the highest quality of service.
