to transform service delivery and optimise operations across its network of 8,000 homes through its Field Service Management technology.
BELFAST, Northern Ireland – 19th October 2023 – Totalmobile, the UK leader in Field Service Management software solutions, has today announced a new partnership with Housing Solutions, a social housing provider which owns, operates and maintains more than 8,000 homes in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire – offering affordable homes to rent, market rent properties, shared ownership schemes, key worker housing and specialist accommodation for older people and people who need support and care to live within the community.
The partnership will see the organisation benefit from Totalmobile’s Workforce Management Solution, Connect, by streamlining its field service operations, whilst increasing efficiency and visibility around job management and service delivery. The new technology will provide Housing Solutions with a more flexible and convenient approach when looking to request updates about the status of service requests, work orders, and when capturing resident feedback. These real-time updates will allow residents to be kept informed when a trade operative is en route, on site, and when the job is completed – reducing travel time, fuel costs and emissions.
