Redditch Borough Council Partners With Totalmobile

to transform service delivery and better manage their 5,700 housing stock.

BELFAST, Northern Ireland – 5th October 2023Totalmobile, the UK leader in Field Service Management software solutions, has today announced a new partnership with Redditch Borough Council to improve services and better manage their 5,700 housing stock.

Faced with a combination of challenges from using outdated manual processes to a back-log of voids that impacted the Council’s ability to maximise housing revenue in their Borough, Redditch Borough Council took the decision to implement Totalmobile’s Connect, Mobilise and Protect solutions.

Totalmobile will provide 70 licences which will support their housing property services team.

The implementation of the Totalmobile Connect & Mobilise solutions will provide the Council with the visibility and ability to control complex tasks, enabling the streamlined delivery of work. It will allow their back-office teams to dynamically dispatch jobs which not only enables operatives to complete more tasks daily but will also help to increase their first-time fix rates. Additionally, through the real-time dashboards, KPIs, process steps, and sub-contractor portal, the Council will be able to clear its outstanding backlog and reduce its overall turnaround time.

Furthermore, the Council are also enhancing their duty of care as an employer with the Protect Solution as they can now always ensure the safety of staff whilst working in the community.
