Hyde Group expands Totalmobile partnership to improve service delivery across 44,000 homes.

Totalmobile’s Field Service Intelligence will enhance Hyde Group’s support for its network of 44,000 homes in London and neighbouring areas.


BELFAST, Northern Ireland – 16th October 2023Totalmobile, the UK leader in Field Service Management software solutions, has today announced that it has extended its portfolio of services offered to the Hyde Group, a leading provider of affordable housing in the southeast of England and neighbouring areas, with the addition of Insight, its Field Service Intelligence solution.

This new technology will enable the housing association to gather insights into its operations, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimise service delivery. In tandem with the existing capabilities offered around Work Order Management, Mobile Working and Workforce Scheduling, the addition of Totalmobile’s Field Service Intelligence solution will enable Hyde to streamline its operations, ensuring that the right people with the right skills are sent to the right locations, reducing travel time, and improving response time.
