With the recent update in guidance and additional advise provided by the UK Government, Totalmobile have introduced a number of new procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

Prior to yesterday’s (16th March) new guidance, we had introduced a board level team that is reviewing the situation on a daily basis, removed all but absolutely essential travel, and promoted the usage of collaboration tools for all meetings.

Following yesterday’s (16th March) updated guidance from prime minister Boris Johnson, that recommended people reassess all non-essential travel and social interactions, Totalmobile has advised that all staff that can work from home now do so.

As of today (17th March), this means that the vast majority of Totalmobile staff will now be home based.

I would like to assure our customers that this is a situation that we have prepared for. We have a robust IT infrastructure in place and proven processes that enable continued team working.

This means, that this new procedure will have no impact upon our operations, or the high quality of service that you expect to receive from Totalmobile.
