Totalmobile is pleased to announce that Kent & Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust have gone live with our mobile solution within their Criminal Justice Liaison and Diversion Service (CJLDS). The solution integrates with Rio, their electronic patient record system, and will be used to support their screening process.  Clinicians will have access to the solution on their Samsung tablets, enabling them to capture screening information in real time.

The mobile solution presents the screening questions on the device in an easy to use layout and is fully compliant with the national data set. Importantly, the solution remains fully operational, even in areas where there is no signal or WiFi connection. Clinicians can continue to undertake their screening assessments and once a connection is re-established, all information is sent back to Rio, updating it automatically.

Although the solution has just gone live, the Trust believes it is already seeing a reduction of 30 minutes in the screening process and vastly improved reporting capabilities.

Peter Griffin, Team Manager – Criminal Justice Liaison & Diversion Service (CJLDS) said:

“The Totalmobile application has totally transformed the way the Criminal Justice Liaison & Diversion Service carries out screening assessments. We now have the ability to provide a quality assured assessment tool, ensuring that all persons receive the same high standard of screening. On top of that we now have the ability to print out an intervention plan and give it to the client at the point of service delivery.”
