Babergh & Mid Suffolk District Councils Select Totalmobile to Transform Council Services

This partnership aims to improve council house repairs and maintenance services, while reducing building costs and tenant waiting times.

The Councils are already utilising Totalmobile’s innovative Lone Worker Protect solution and want to streamline their building services department operations. With over 7,500 properties under their care across both districts, they faced the challenge of optimising their maintenance processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

  • Reducing the time taken to make void properties available for re-let, minimising rental loss.

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and prioritising customer health and safety.

Implementation will occur in phases, with responsive repairs set to go live within three months of project kick-off.
