Totalmobile’s job management, mobile working and lone worker protection solutions will streamline the business model for United Living enabling quicker response times and better value for money for its customers.

BELFAST, Northern Ireland – 15th September 2022Totalmobile, the UK leader in Field Service Management software solutions, has announced a new contract with United Living – a leading provider of infrastructure, housing and property services – which comprises four new solutions from Totalmobile to modernise and streamline United Living’s mobile workforce management system.

An integrated solution that contains Totalmobile’s Connect, Mobilise, Protect, and Utilise solutions will now become part of United Living’s business model covering all current and future operations. This will further improve United Living’s customer-focused delivery allowing for a frictionless approach that specialises in coordination, integration, and visibility.

United Living operates across three complementary businesses –  Infrastructure Services, Property Services, and New Homes. Totalmobile will help United Living’s end goal to create an ecosystem of digital solutions that communicate with each other to create a streamlined and efficient work process. This will also allow United Living to continue its digital transformation journey, not just now but into the future.

Currently, United Living is utilising Totalmobile’s field service management services in two of its three businesses – Infrastructure and Property Services – with the plan to expand in the near future.

Conor Bray, Chief Operating Officer at United Living Group said: “Having gone to market for a solution that could accommodate a new contract win, we began to consider the possibility of an offering which could accommodate all of our different business needs. Through discussions with Totalmobile, we realised that this was a real possibility. Not only will the immediate deployment of these products have a positive impact on our current business model, but Totalmobile offers the scalability for our operations to keep growing, empowering us with continuous deployment and new innovations”.

“Ultimately, by bringing on these new products, United Living will operate through one connected system”, explained David Webb, Director of Property and Facilities Management at Totalmobile. “In the infrastructure business, they will be able to manage their projects with real-time performance insights of all field operations. For the Property Services business, Connect and Mobilise will provide an intuitive job management solution that gives users greater visibility and the ability to control complex tasks. Being able to access and control all available data in one place will, in turn, allow for a greater customer experience for the end user”.
