Totalmobile are proud to announce our latest partnership with Robinson Medical Recruitment (RMR), the leading medical recruitment agency in Scotland. Our mobile workforce management solution is delivering tangible benefits for their healthcare workforce by improving processes around timesheets and availability.
The flexible solution is currently being utilised by approximately 450 users, with 90% user uptake thanks to the application’s ability to work with their own devices.
The efficiencies in electronic timesheet submissions highlighted an additional opportunity for RMR to improve the financial processes associated with timesheets, providing an email output for billing and quicker timescales. The result has been an industry leading solution for RMR, that has enabled the removal of the majority of their payroll paperwork.
We will be continuing to work alongside the team at RMR on the latest mobile working solutions that will provide optimum benefits for their users and business.
