Technology rollout to support over 850 operatives as housing leader sharpens focus on smarter service delivery.
BELFAST, UK – Tuesday 20 May 2025 –
Bromford Flagship, now one of the UK’s largest housing associations following the merger of Bromford Housing Group and Flagship Housing Group, has signed a multi-year agreement with leading field service management (FSM) software provider Totalmobile.
The extended partnership follows four years of successful collaboration with both organisations. It will now continue as Bromford Flagship introduces Totalmobile’s innovative field service intelligence solution across its operations, enhancing how the organisation plans, manages, and delivers repairs and maintenance services to approximately 80,000 homes.
The new technology will be rolled out to an additional 850 operatives across Bromford Flagship, including frontline and back-office teams, giving them real-time visibility, smarter job allocation, and a clearer picture of performance across the board.
Bromford Flagship has already been using Totalmobile’s Repairs solution, which will now be complemented on the platform by deeper analytics and insight-driven decision-making across the service.
“This isn’t just about software. It’s about supporting teams on the ground to do their best work, every day,” said David Webb, Managing Director for Property and Facilities Management at Totalmobile. “Bromford Flagship is ambitious about the standard of service it wants to deliver, and we’re proud to play a part in helping it raise the bar.”

The agreement comes at a critical time for the newly merged housing group, which serves more than 170,000 customers. Bringing together two major operations means rethinking how services are delivered at scale and where technology can help make that easier, not harder.
“We're pleased to continue our partnership with Total as we shift onto its latest SaaS platform. We're confident in the direction of product development, the underlying architecture, and how it supports our data and digital ambitions. “Ultimately, the business can see how this will drive real value and it supports our goal of delivering a better experience for customers and enabling people to thrive.”
– Dan Goodall, Chief Technology Officer at Bromford Flagship
The phased rollout of the field service intelligence solution is already in motion and will continue through to December 2025, forming a key part of Bromford Flagship’s wider digital and operational transformation.
