Smart Energy Provider to Roll Out Totalmobile Insight to Better

Manage Field Operations Across 10 European Offices

 

BELFAST, Northern Ireland – 5th July 2022Totalmobile, a UK leader in Field Service Management software solutions, has been appointed by Baxi Heating to improve productivity and performance of its operations across Europe. Totalmobile Insight will initially be deployed in France, Benelux, Germany and Spain across ten offices with around 1,000 field based staff and 150 office users.

The solution will give the management and leadership teams the capability to measure the efficiency and continuously improve efficiency. It will enable full visibility of all operations and enable greater transparency of performance, underpinning critical decision making for business growth. Along with other field service management capabilities from Totalmobile, it will enable the clear measurement of Baxi’s workforce productivity.
