We have established clear and measurable reduction goals while collaboratively building comprehensive strategies to address critical environmental concerns. This approach enables us to proactively tackle sustainability challenges, enhance our eco-friendly practices, and contribute positively to the global effort to protect our planet for future generations.
Established: The ESG Steering Committee
Late in 2022, we set up our ESG Steering Committee. The Environmental, Social, and Governance Steering Committee serves as a guiding force behind Totalmobile’s ongoing dedication to environmental, health, safety, corporate social responsibility and sustainability. As a cross-functional committee, the ESG Committee supports the Senior Leadership Team in various aspects, including:
- Outlining overarching strategies related to ESG
- Devising, executing, and supervising initiatives and policies based on these strategies
- Managing communications with employees, the board, and stakeholders concerning ESG
- Keeping track of developments, enhancing the company’s comprehension of ESG
- Ensuring prompt and efficient disclosure of ESG-related information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Our Targets

Foster transparency and accountability by regularly sharing ESG-related updates, progress, and insights with all relevant parties, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability and responsible practices.
Release Pay Gap Reporting Data
Publicly disclose pay gap information to highlight our dedication to promoting fairness, equality, and transparency within the workplace while identifying improvement areas and addressing any disparities.
Review Existing Policies
Conduct thorough assessments of existing policies, implement necessary updates, and ensure all employees are well-informed about these changes. This reinforces our culture of compliance, adaptability, and responsible governance.
Incorporate ESG Goals Into The Objectives of all C-Team Members
Emphasise the importance of ESG issues by integrating them into the priorities and responsibilities of top-level management, driving a company-wide commitment to sustainable and ethical practices.
