Totalmobile are seeking an excellent software tester with good technical skills to help uncover the capabilities of the TotalMobile platform. You can expect to work with a range of technologies and will be exposed to all stages of the product lifecycle. You could work across a number of areas and be testing web, mobile, scheduling or analytics software solutions. You’ll be expected to be as careful about what lies behind the UI as you are about UX and as focussed on making the right thing as you are on making something that works well.

Application Support Analyst
The Helpdesk provides remote support to our Customer base in their daily usage of the Totalmobile suite of products. The Application Support Analyst will work within one of our Helpdesk Teams and provide first, second and third line support as required. The role would suit an analytical thinking, motivated individual with a positive attitude, who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, client focused and pride themselves on attention to detail.
