Following last year’s success, TotalMobile will once again host the Mobile Scotlandconference. The event, now in its 4th year, has traditionally focused on mobile technologies for Local Government. This year, due to demand, the conference will be opened up to the wider public sector, including NHS and central government.

Mobile Scotland 2013 will take place at COSLA headquarters in Edinburgh on 1st October.  The conference will include presentations from industry professionals such as Linda Robertson and Jill Prichard from Fife Council who will discuss their experience integrating mobile working solutions across the entire enterprise. Other highlights include a range of case studies of organisations in Scotland who have transformed their working processes, a case study of a mobile project for NHS Community Nurses and a live demo of a mobile working solution.

TotalMobile Mobile Working Consultant Ciaran McClintock said “It’s great to see how this event has grown over the past 4 years. Previous delegates from Local Government have gone away with valuable knowledge on how to reduce costs and improve their services through mobile technologies, now new delegates from across the whole public sector in Scotland can benefit in the same way. We’re really looking forward to sharing the case studies and getting into some great discussions about the implications of mobile in the public sector”
