Asset Surveys and GIS integration

Utility and Utility Contractors use Utilise to survey remote Utility assets and update the attributes of assets such as condition, photos, GPS location and so on. Utilise can automatically pass the updated asset attributes to your GIS system via the Utilise open APIs.

Contracts Managers use Utilise to log any issues on the portal and automatically dispatch jobs to the right field worker. The field worker, in turn, uses Utilise to complete the task and capture customer signatures, GPS coordinates and photos, to name a few. Automatically, the customer portal is updated with the job status and/or a job completion PDF is sent to the customer.

Variation Request Approval Process

With Utilise, managers track work in progress and inspectors can raise a VRA form on the Utilise mobile app if an issue/obstacle/variation is encountered. The PDF of the form is subsequently emailed to the Project Manager for approval and once this has been approved, the form is completed and emailed to the PM for records
