The new release of Mobilise provides users with a range of new features that enable them to continue to improve working processes and enhance workforce capacity, operational efficiencies and the quality of service delivery. By looking at the needs of the front line worker, Totalmobile have introduced new features including:

  • Start of day activities – ensure users complete all required activities before beginning their working day
  • Task dependencies – intelligently control the order of which tasks are addressed within a visit
  • Form actions – trigger specific actions based on the information captured within a form

Additional Integrations

Offering a complete integration with Connect, Totalmobile customers can now benefit from market leading mobile working and job management capabilities, via one seamless solution. This empowers organisations to further automate and streamline processes by enhancing the visibility of information and providing front line workers with everything they need to complete visits efficiently. It also provides existing Repairs customers with the opportunity to upgrade to the comprehensive, Cloud based Connect solution, while maintaining all the benefits they receive from Mobilise.

Working with our partners Servelec, the new release of Mobilise also provides full integration to the Mosaic back office system. This now offers social care providers with the opportunity to improve access to relevant information, increase data accuracy and provide a higher quality of service, via the Mosaic Mobilise solution.
