User Group

Our next user group is for England & Wales on 7th November in London. Followed by our Scotland/N.E. England user group on 21st November in Dundee.

NPS Survey

In April, our customers will have received our annual customer survey via email but it is also accessible via the Discussion Board on the customer portal, it's designed to gather valuable feedback regarding the products and the services we provide. 

Support Team

Meet your support team, these lovely folks are there for you from project implementation right through to completion and beyond. With 100+ combined years of experience, there is nothing they haven’t seen or heard.

We invest in our team and ensure they have the most relevant qualifications to help them provide the best care to our customers.

All of our Project Services Consultants are Prince2 Foundation or Practitioners. They all have a fantastic range of experience, both on the customer side as well as in their current roles. Some even have previous lives as accountants and pukka developers!

But the most important thing is that they are lovely people, all focused on you, our customer.
