VanCare has partnered with field service management software specialist Totalmobile to deploy its Cloud based solution for engineers that are providing vital maintenance services to their customers.

Connect Express will primarily be used to enable VanCare to seamlessly schedule jobs as, being a reactive organisation, this is essential to ensure that all incoming working is prioritised effectively.

Including roadside and emergency breakdowns, the software will assist with the allocation of work according to the location, availability and skill set of operatives.  The diary system will automatically populate the work to the operative removing any manual intervention.
