Mobile software provider TotalMobile is delighted to announce the launch of TotalMobile University. The TotalMobile University is an innovative training initiative that aims to train and educate all staff and partners in the TotalMobile Product. This will ensure the highest level of skills and knowledge across all staff and partners which, in turn, will deliver even greater service improvements and savings for TotalMobile customers. As well as sharing key knowledge throughout the company, TotalMobile University will improve collaboration and establish best practice information.

TotalMobile University will consist of practical, task-oriented modules which will be formally evaluated. The content will be delivered in multiple formats (including face-to-face and online) and will be accessible 24/7 from an online learning management system.  Participants will work towards formal accreditation appropriate to their specific roles.
