We are pleased to announce Totalmobile’s deal with Sulzer, a global engineering and manufacturing firm. Together, we will be addressing their field service and scheduling needs with Totalmobile’s range of mobile working solutions.

The challenges Sulzer’s field service currently face see a need for greater efficiency in both their planned and reactive work, greater visibility of service scheduling needs and the elimination of paper-based processes.

Using mobile workforce management and dynamic scheduling, they will maximise the capacity of field service engineers by addressing travel delays, lost paperwork and transposition errors. Not only will the solution eliminate paper-based processes and improve scheduling, but management will have access to real-time performance information to enable better decision making and meet their customer’s needs.

The solutions will allow continued growth and full integration with Sulzer’s existing back office system, giving them all the functionality of an enterprise solution and the security of the MS Azure cloud platform.
