It is an exciting development for Totalacademy as the team continues to push forward in producing innovative and engaging digital instructions and product information to help people make the most of Totalmobile software, in a way that is accessible to everyone.
Good product documentation and help can increase user adoption, reduce support calls and just simply make life easier for software users. With the topic range, depth of content and accessibility of Totalacademy Digital, Totalmobile is at the leading edge of providing first class digital help to its customers and partners.
Totalacademy Digital contains all the information people need to use Mobilise, Optimise and Analyse software. It’s the first place to visit to get information on the latest releases and features. The powerful search means that users can get straight to the content they need, which is written in topics with step by step explanations of how to perform administrative or device-based tasks. Topics include a mix of instructions, videos, diagrams and linked content to explain how things work. Printable guides can be downloaded from the PDF Library as well as recordings of release webinars to watch.
