This collaboration marks a significant milestone in modernising housing services for more than 30,000 customers across 13,500 homes in Merseyside and Cheshire.
With housing services under growing national scrutiny, Plus Dane is taking a proactive approach by adopting Totalmobile’s workforce management solution, Connect, to streamline operations, enhance tenant communication, and empower its staff. The upgrade replaces multiple outdated systems with a single, user-friendly platform that delivers faster, more reliable services for tenants and creates efficiencies across the organisation.

Currently, processing a single repair request can require up to five separate systems, creating delays and inefficiencies. By adopting Totalmobile’s Connect solution, Plus Dane is consolidating these processes, simplifying operations, and ensuring faster resolutions for tenant requests. Over the next 18 months, Plus Dane’s Homes Project will phase these improvements in areas such as repairs, compliance, planned works, and environmental services.
