As concerns around the risk of the COVID-19 virus continue across the UK, we wish to provide you with an update on the current situation within Totalmobile.
Currently, policies and procedures introduced across Totalmobile have ensured that no aspect of our operations are affected by the COVID-19 situation. However, we would like to emphasise that the safety of our staff, customers and any other stakeholders associated with Totalmobile, is our number one priority.
We appreciate that this is a rapidly moving situation, and therefore we have put together a board level management team who are continuously monitoring developments and following guidance from the relevant UK Government and Public Health sources. We are providing daily updates to staff and should there be the requirement to react to any escalation in the spread of the virus, we have several further procedures clearly identified that can be implemented immediately.
These procedures have been planned to both ensure the safety of our staff and customers, while also minimising any disruption to our operations. Should there be any update with regards to changes within our operations we will contact you immediately.
However, please be assured that we are fully prepared to support you during this period.
