Totalmobile are pleased to announce that a new customer, Devon County Council, have recently gone live with our public health nursing solution. Together, we migrated a large quantity of patient and visit data from Devon’s previous platform via our Azure platform, enabling them to roll out the solution to their community nursing teams.
Currently, there are approximately 300 Devon staff using the latest mobile release to transform their delivery of care. Nursing staff are able to utilise the mobile application to record and access patient information, completing tailored forms that improve compliance and ensure consistency of care. For public health nurses it is proving beneficial, streamlining processes and improving how they work.
The next phase will see us working together to upgrade hardware, further streamlining existing processes. In addition, we plan to implement API connectivity to Devon’s EPR system, CarePlus, delivering another important step in their mobile working journey. We look forward to continuing to work closely with the team at Devon County Council.
Bryan Sycamore, ICT Project Manager, Devon County Council commented: “We are excited to work alongside Totalmobile in developing a mobile solution that is transforming how our public health nurses provide care in the community. Devon staff are now able to access and record patient information on their devices, saving valuable patient facing time.”
Jim Darragh, CEO, Totalmobile said: “Totalmobile are delighted to work together with Devon County Council to enhance their delivery of care through our mobile working solution. Our solution will enable Devon staff to improve the recording of patient information at the point of care while increasing productivity and capacity across their public nursing teams. We’re excited to work alongside Devon County Council and look forward to seeing the positive impact the solution will have on their organisation.”
