Carlisle Support Services have selected the Totalmobile™ mobile solution to address their need for a highly configurable mobile solution that can work across many device types both on and offline.

Carlisle Support Services are part of Europe’s largest Business Support Services provider The Impellam Group and undertake a huge range of contract types from supporting customers need for efficient cleaning, security and retail support operations to partnerships in the transport sector. A wide range of personnel from security and cleaning staff to inspectors and auditors will use the solution.

The solution allows users access a schedule of visits for the week and update their status based on visits started, in progress and completed. Users can fill in and submit electronic forms including capturing images and signatures.  Real time activity reports are generated automatically are displayed via an online management dashboard.

The company’s previous solution was no longer suitable due to limited device choice and functionality. Totalmobile™ was selected because it could be deployed quickly and is available as a native app on a range of platforms (iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, Windows, Android Smartphone & Tablet). The electronic forms are functionality rich and can be configured in-house. Totalmobile™’s flexibility is ideal for Carlisle Support Services as they can easily tailor the solution according to the needs of each contract.
