NPS Survey

In April, our customers will have received our annual customer survey via email but it is also accessible via the Discussion Board on the customer portal, it’s designed to gather valuable feedback regarding the products and the services we provide.

The company will donate £1 to the NSPCC for every response we receive, with the survey closing on 1st May.

We’ve already taken steps to improve many of our processes and procedures so that in future, your interactions with us will be more efficient. Our Customer Success and Account Management teams will continue to develop throughout 2018 meaning that we’ll be talking to you more often and giving you more opportunities to share your stories and concerns.
